Colonel Feder is head of Space Branch, Israeli Air Force. Previously, he was the head of EW (Electronic Warfare) branch, Material command, IAF headquarters; head of armament and avionics field, Hazerim Air Force base; head of helicopters section, EW branch, IAF headquarters; project officer for self protection system, EW branch, IAF headquarters; commander, EW flight in Ramon Air Force base; and commander, Radar Warning Receivers workshop, EW flight, Ramon Air Force base. Feder earned both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree in electronics engineering from Tel-Aviv University, as well as a Master of Arts degree in political science/national security from Haifa University.
