Ms. Seybolt is the division chief for Space and Cyberspace Cooperation within the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force for International Affairs, Washington, D.C. Previously, she was an air force fellow at the RAND Corporation under Project Air Force and served as branch chief, International Space Cooperation, Department of the Air Force, Office of the Deputy Under Secretary, International Affairs, Washington, D.C. Seybolt earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo, and a Master of Arts Degree in Public Administration, California State University, Stanislaus, Turlock.
