Mr. Bruce L. Allen

Mr. Allen serves as the deputy assistant deputy director of National Intelligence for Technical Collection. He is a member of the Army Military Intelligence Corps, and has served on active duty in the Army. His previous civilian assignments include serving at the Intelligence and Security Command, on the G-3 Measurements and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) Staff; as the MASINT chief of both the 513th and 66th Military Intelligence Brigades; as a collection manager for Advanced Geospatial Intelligence and Overhead Persistent Infrared; and as a MASINT systems integrator for the Headquarters, Department of the Army, G8.
